Review 1: The staff, especially the front desk, were incredible and always available for questions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit small. The beds were extre (Read More)mely comfortable and the view of the city was a great bonus. Review 2: The hotel is in need of updating, but the overall stay was good. The staff was courteous and welcoming, and the cookies were delicious. The furniture could use a deep cleaning or replacement, but the bed was comfortable. Despite the need for updates, it was a good stay overall.

I asked the clerk to send up a microwave to my room and he said he will take care of it. Never got one or a follow up

Nice...but noisy

The included breakfast was nice, simple, just right, ya know. The room was lovely...would've been better if the baby next door hadn't been crying all night, keeping me up. the staff was very nice and helpful, friendly smiling faces despite how busy it was because it was new years.

The walls weren't sound proof, the hall way was so noisy. Valet lost part of the key.

Comfortable, convenientjust ok for the price.

Close to everything.

We dated in a king room. The down button on the elevator on the 10th floor. So you either waited for the doors to open or you ride up and the back down. Bathtub has huge chips in the bottom. Rust was behind faucet.

Very nice will stay here again.

It was very close to PPG Arena. We were there for a hockey game and in the center of Pittsburgh, where you can get around very easily right outside the tram car.

Very clean as a small restaurant. Food was good bar didnt really have to leave it if you didnt want to, but there was food all around you.

It was nice room was a but dirty and stained.

staff were nice and the location was good very walkable

dirty and the room was a bit run down paint peeling and stains on the curtains and chairs and the carpet didnt look clean. It was to the point i didnt feel comfortable walking around without shoes on. Maybe they gave me not a great room.

Phenomenal

The locations was fantastic!!

They charged me an extra fee for no reason. Even the staff didn't understand why I was randomly charged by the system. So I'm hoping that I will get my money back.
