The hotel was very clean and very well kept. The food was delicious.

There was no complimentary breakfast but the kitchen staff did a wonderful job

Overall nice stay

Very close to uptown and Bank of America Stadium Room was clean and the warm cookies were a nice touch

For the price per night, it would be nice to have breakfast included in the cost

Overall the stay was good. The staff was super friendly.

Staff was very friendly. Location was great. Also had good coffee. Checking in/out was a breeze.

Fridge was missing shelf and looked as if something had spilled from previous guest and not wiped up.

The hallway to my room smelled of cigarettes. I'm asthmatic, so I had to hold my breath and rush down the hallway otherwise it was really hard to breath

Shades were broken in room( missing screws ) room was stuffy and stank a little , I needed to light a candle . Cannot crack the windows so fresh air would have been nice.

I had a great and comfortable stay.

I like that once you check in you get warm fresh cookies. They address you by your name. It just made me and my husband feel so welcome.

I just didnt like parking fee. But other than that great stay.
