Everything ! Look no where else. Felt home , the people are what life is . My people! Love everything. Met the owner as well, very good man . Leading the people, allow them to be , they work with pleasure, one big family, connected and strong . They touched everything in me , I have no words to describe the emotions i felt ! Forever ill be grateful . And oscar the cat , its like the king that makes everything so much more special.

Disappointing

Disappointing, certainly NOT a 5 star experience!

Hotel is beautiful, decoration is spot on. A lot of outside areas for sitting. Both pools are very nice and the food from the restaurant and bar is good. The staff from the restaurant and bar was amazing!

If you are looking for a 5 star experience look somewhere else. A week before our stay Ive received a message from the Hotel through the Booking chatbox asking to confirm my card details otherwise my booking will be cancelled, it was a scam and my card was charged. Ive immediately contacted my bank, Booking and the Hotel reporting the scam. Despite the message coming directly from the Hotel they took zero responsibility from it and expected me to trust all their other messagesthat came from the same chatbox. In a situation like this, from a 5 start hotel, I would expect some accountability as obviously Booking takes zero responsibility from the content of the messages exchanged with the Hotel. At this point it makes me think that it was either a scam or someone from the hotel trying to get our money. On top of this there were heavy construction works in the rooms either side of our room which meant we had noise throughout the day, they knew well in advance we had a baby with less than 1 year old, so it will obviously be an inconvenience, they still assigned us that specific room and didn't offer for us to change. Other thing worth to note, when we arrived our room was full of giant ants and some of the power sockets didnt work, the bathroom had hairs in some of the towels, there were some spiderwebs too and the internet was on and off most of the afternoons. I don't think this is acceptable for a 5 star Hotel.

Everything was perfect, the staff was always super nice and responsive. The hotel is super quiet and located in an amazing place. The swimming pools are amazing. Perfect place to relax. The room was just amazing, big and with nice view.

Superb

Lovely stay outside the bustle of Marrakesh

We stayed here for a couple of nights after climbing Toubkal. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all of our meals at the hotel. We thought that the staff were friendly and provided excellent service (subject to the comment below).

Often the reception staff were not at the front desk but were sitting in a backroom together - unclear what they were doing. We got a deep tissue massage and thought it was not bad - definitely room for improvement though.
