Nice location ; not friendly receptionists

The location

The receptionists were not friendly . Didnt even smile the whole time . She even refused to give one more key when I asked because they said only one key per room but we wete four . She only agreed when I demanded for it and she gave me a frown . When checking out , I said Im not sure if received a deposit slip and she was stern saying that I have it .i gave them feedback that they should be more courteous and friendly .

Two thumbs up!

Very friendly staff and the location is excellent. The room is comfortable, price is affordable despite being located on the Station 1 beachfront. Very quiet considering it's a few meters away from the attractions and activities. The staff prepared a surprise birthday towel cake and decorations in our room for my Tita's birthday! We love everything!

Worth staying in this hotel! Highly recommended.

Quiet but near to the center of attractions. Our room is by the beach with an amazing beach view! This hotel has lots to offer such as clean room, beds comfortable, generous bathroom supplies, water refill, laundry service, beach towels and mats and hardworking staff!
