The Deschutes Riverside Escape offers a cozy cabin feel with fireplaces in the rooms for a relaxing ambiance. The spacious rooms have standard amenities and even microwaves next to the ice machines. (Read More)The hotel's location is convenient for shopping, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Guests enjoy the fabulous view of the river from outside the hotel. The only downside is the lower water pressure in the sinks and limited settings on the shower head.

Nice place but difficulties with reaching the property management.

Great location right on the river with a beautiful riverside walking trails

We had no directions given to us ahead of time on how to use the electronic dead bolt lock trying to figure it out in the cold. Also we had difficulties reaching Vacasa upon discovering the central heating was broken. When calling Vacasa by phone, they state as you are waiting on hold that a quicker response is given if you text messages them. We never received any text message response back. Also all the links to vacasa are broken links and we could not leave a message that way. In calling, waited on the phone for 40 minutes and they never picked up. I finally got a response by messaging them through booking.com.

A quiet and relaxing suite with intimate views of the Deschutes River, and close to Downtown.

Great location, with a short walk along the Deschutes River to downtown dining. We appreciated the AC unit provided during the heat wave. Clean property with all of the essentials.

Bed was not that comfortable, but did the job.

No AC, No TP, No help.

Great View and Location.

AC did not work. Room would not cool below 85 until midnight or so with the windows open... if there was a breeze. No toilet paper. No on-site staff to assist with swealtering room conditions. Vacasa help online was no help at all. Vacasa 1800 number was a run around. Did meet the cleaning lady, she was nice.

The bed, the pillows mediocre, squeaking refrigerator, no comfortable chair to watch tv in, no ironing board, lots and lots of people walking by very close to our room, only half a roll of tp on arrival and had to call twice to get some, had to call to get code to open door no email sent with info until after my call, couldn't get a refund if I wanted. If I knew Vacasa was in charge I would have never booked this. I went through Booking.com not Vacasa. I have now had two bad experiences with Vacasa two for two!

A decent room for those on a budget.

Location on river was best. Inexpensive, no frills.

Could have been cleaner. There was candy on the floor. Bed had only three pillows, so one of us had only one.. Refrigerator made noise, and as it was a studio, it made sleeping difficult. Curtains did not close all the way and let light in.
