Worth recommending

Great location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Although we struggled a little bit to connect to the wifi, it worked well (surprisingly this is not the case for some hotels). The hotel also stores bags for free.

The water didn't drain well in the sink (I guess it's a common problem in NY. I have tried three different hotels so far and they all had similar problems).

Location

3 lifts serving over 30 floors ; half an hour wait each time to go up and down Plus rooms werent clean; lots of dust fluff and hair under beds, broken bathroom door .. waiting in lobby for a lift for over 30-40 mins was not only uncomfortable but hot and very unhealthy due to little or no ventilation .

Location was good

Room was temporarily partitioned from another room with a common door. Washroom was not at all good. Washroom didn't have proper door. It was a temporary sliding door which didn't close. Washroom shower area was not properly equipped. Overall it was very uncomfortable stay even after paying such high charges. Disappointed !!

After staying in 100 different countries hotels Totally unexpected .. we totally didnt like it.

The location is good

All the staff is totally unfriendly.. they are not willing to help in anything.. problems with reservation .. one customer service or receptionist inform you of something and the other one denies it after confirming .. not enough elevators to contain the capacity of residents.. Even the bell man doesnt help even old people with their luggage.. you have to bring the luggage to the door of the storage room if you need to store it. Rooms are not cleaned until 7 pm

Disappointing

The staff were friendly enough. Not sure they all have been trained completely though.

Internet was spotty. Beds and pillows are too soft. Elevators are too slow. The location listed as "Times Square" is deceiving. The valet ate in my vehicle and left garbage in it.
