The proprietor really needs to go a long way to bring the rooms to the basic standard of Booking.com

Breakfast was not provided by the facility

The cleanliness was completely missing. There were Lizard droppings on sofa-cum-bed, on the stools; the bathroom cupboard had sanitary napkin covers stuck in it. The 4th pillow was without cover. The service was really far below expectation . The A/C did not work , the curtains were torn, the TV did not work. So the facilities paid for were not actually functional. Water bottles were not provided beyond 10 PM and also on the last day they ran out of water bottle stock. The staff deployed were not trained and did not speak in a proper manner.

Nice & clean rooms...with almost every facility...nice & clean ambience... peaceful leisure stay for vacation... good supportive staff & Host. Feels like 2nd Home at Puri.

There was little privacy in our room. Opposite flats has transparent glass.

A boy came to give us the keys, he was quite young and naive. Not really trained to answer all our quiries.

The approach of the property. No proper signage. Lift was not working. There were no lights in the lift. Loud music was on through the whole day, because there was a corporate party going on.

Memorable stay

It was perfect for my parents; very comfortable & also truely memorable stay,.We used to have our morning tea in the balcony, watching the sunrise. We had everything we need for the stay. The Host were kind enough to fulfil all additional requirements.Even at one evening he lend us his own Guitar & Bose speaker(Yes dear,It's BOSE Revolve plus,Rs 26k only)for only our amusement.Truely speaking being a frequent traveler I never meet such a highly appreciable Host. Highly recommend it to everyone.

Little bit approx 500 metre distance from nearest beach but the beach is less crowded & clean rather than Swargoduar

Clean & sparkling room & bathroom... view is lovely from balcony & bedroom...nice service & superb co operative Host Mr De.... definitely recommendable to thoose who want a quality stay at less crowded place at Puri... will be definitely our 1st choice at Puri for our next trip.

Horrible. Won't be choosing again.

The room was spacious and the caretakers were polite.

The condition of the room and the apartment as a whole is in an appalling state. Very dirty and stinky. Each counter reeked of zero maintenance. Toilet dirty. AC leaked water. Very old and broken facilities. Spit marks at every corner of the stairs. No generator, so we had to carry our luggage from 6th floor as there was a power outage. There was no sea view from the room either. The first room we were given had cockroaches and what not. We were then shifted to a second room but yet it was not up to the amount of the money we were paying. For a hefty amount of 8.6K for 2 nights, the facilities were not at all worthy and it felt like a loot.
