A nice clean and peaceful place located perfectly.

The property was almost new and very clean. We could relax and in enjoy the space after a day of sightseeing. The smart TV was great as it made us feel at home. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. We loved this please and want to go back.

Great location in old city, minutes to Wat Phra Singh and restaurants. New, clean, well presented rooms wuth large double bed and great rooftop pool with views over the city. Excellent receptionist who booked a lovely private driver at very reasonable rates and also the elephant tour with small group, less commercial. Lovely stay, thanks Juilio.

Difficult to find, show address and tell driver behind Hotel BE Phra Singh. Better signage has been promised!

Absolutely brilliant and we were well looked after by the girls who were amazing

We loved everything! It was so spacious and clean . It had a lovely roof top terrace where we could relax with a beer after busy sightseeing days. It also has a small pool . The location was excellent . The girls running everything were amazing and so helpful. They cooked our eggs on toast every morning at a time of our choice. They arranged for our laundry to be cleaned. They helped with trips and taxis and they were so lovely. (They could not have done things any better) . The girls are a credit to the owner. It was really sad to leave. We would definately stay here again.

Nothing about the property as everything was perfect. Maybe a bigger sign on the corner of the street as it was a little difficult to find when we first arrived.

Overall great bang for your buck for a stay in Chiang Mai. Best overall deal.

Room was excellent and a great value overall. It is not a 5 star luxury/fancy hotel, but it is extremely comfortable and meets the needs for a stay in Chiang Mai. The location is great even though it is hard to find especially if you arrive at night. Staff is extremely friendly and responsive Nud is awesome!

Hard to find even using google maps as the signage is unclear. Mattress was very firm.

We enjoyed our stay as a whole the only downside was the noise

The property was nicely located fresh towels and water daily. The owners were so kind and helpful

At current there is some construction going on across from the back of the hotel and in the morning it felt as though they were in our room with a grinder. Cant be helped but it was annoying
