Beautiful view

Our View was exceptional and the rooms are beautiful.

My only suggestion would be to add a healthier option on the breakfast menu like yogurt and fruit salad or even oatmeal. Cleaners also to ensure that the rooms have adequate supply of toiletpapier.

The room was not properly cleaned. I saw Christmas decor items that were left in a corner after the floor was swept.

Comfortable & very convenient place to stay for early departures from King Shaka Intl.

The location was v good for our purpose to catch an early return flight from King Shaka Intl. However breakfast starting at 8.00 am was too late for us. Breakfast should be available from 6.30 am.

Instructions for free wifi wasn't clear & we didn't connect. No bath mat for the shower.

The bathroom had an unpleasant odour and the bed was noisy.

Comfortable, convenient and very polite.

Lovely location, convenient for the Airport. Clean and beautifully furnished. The staff were very polite and always more than happy to help you. The Chocolate gardens were diverse and interesting, a lovely place to sit and relax during our short stay. The meals were presented nicely and tasty.

There was a large generator, presumably for the power outages. There was a fault so the generator was working most of the time. Quite noisy, Doing their best to accommodate the unpredictability power supply.

- The room hygiene was very bad. The sheets had stains and the bathroom tub was dirty. - We waited 1 hour for our breakfast order and then another hour for our coffee's to arrive. - Our food arrive cold
