I liked that the property is clean but the room was too small for the amount I paid and it did not cover breakfast that

I liked that the property is clean but the room was too small for the amount I paid and it did not cover breakfast that was very disappointing, I paid R7115,40 for two nights the room was too small and I requested ice from the kitchen and I was charged for that as well.

The hospitality was bare minimum

Stay and breakfast was good. Air conditioning was terrible. It didnt cool the room at all.

It was good.

Kitchen closes at 10pm. Due to unforeseen circumstances we checked in after 10pm. We couldnt order any meals as the kitchen was closed. Some arrangements should be made to accommodate those that check in late.. Even if its sandwiches or snack baskets.

Terrible, don't ever stay there...

Can't even order water after 10pm or juice, linen was not changed once on our stay, no bar fridge but yet there was space for one, R40 for a cream soda ridiculous... Terrible I will never go back to your facility...
