Superb

Great stay!

Location is good, very convenient! Near to metro station, can access to many location.

The address of the hotel is a bit confusing, we went to a wrong place which near to the Pudong area. We tried to search using the map, couldn't find the correct location. Luckily we met a group of people were on the way to there then we just followed them.

Nice hostel with great location

First of all they are very coperative, their google map location and actual location is bit different but they send the actual address though mail after my booking. Location is great,its near east nanjing road,people square and the bund, so you don't have to be worry about transportation.Many eating shop nearby and many attractions.Staffs can speak little bit english which was exceptional because in china most of the people can't speak english. Washroom was very cleand and has gym as well.

The thing is they will give you bed sheet,pillow cover and blanket cover, you have to prepare yourself.It can be a little bit difficult for those who are not used to.

Stuff very helpful and theyre ready to help with any situation. It is a good location clean room good laundry good Wi-Fi overall its a good place to stay.

Breakfast is not the best and also overpriced same applies to draft beer

It was ok - but only because of the location

Great location and relatively new facilities.

seems there are mostly local people that use it for long-term stay to work/study in Shanghai. The guests smoke in the bathroom/toilets. You have to get a single use towel every time, if you don't carry one in your luggage. The bathrooms are poorly designed (e.g. no place to put your clothes during shower)

Having room mate that looks like permanently stayed there. Was noisy and chatting till past midnight without considering others rest

Disappointing

Good location and staff but only if you sleep like a stone;)

Staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

Very dissapointing facilities, mainly: No windows in rooms for 8 people. Lockers in the rooms were small and noisy. Very little space in the room for luggage. A lot of noise from the corridors. In general, I think they packed too many rooms in too small space. I dont know how I see 3 diamonds for this place on booking.com - it clearly does no meet that kind of standards.

Great stay for a young visitor in Shanghai

Incredibly nice staff and well-maintained amenities. Great location, pleasant but always busy with a lot of travellers. Xu at the front desk in particular was sooo helpful, would definitely visit again!
