Great location, run by a very friendly host.superb high standard room with large bathroom, comfortable bed, TV, also tea and coffee making facilities.. we stayed in room number 2, which was at the rear of the property, but most rooms have a great sea view, this guest house as everything you need for a break in Scarborough, would highly recommend..

Hotel and location is fantastic only thing that lets it down is the parking,

Parking, although it is free with a ticket from the hotel, trying to find a parking place in the correct zone is a nightmare :(

It overlooks the sea, with beautiful views and easy access to most of the town. Its also quite close to the castle if youre a fan of the local historic buildings.
