My stay was adequate, love the location and bar staff.

Love the location- across from Music Hall. Loved the staff at the restaurant/ bar in the hotel- main reason I would return!

Checking in didn't go well. I had all the confirmations, but they struggled finding my information. Gave me keys to a room that was already occupied. Needed bedding for the sofa/ sleeper. Phone in the room was not working, had to use the phone in the hallway to call housekeeping.

It was a really nice hotel and it was a short walk away from the conference I was there for.

I hated the entire parking situation. People who paid for parking with their hotel rooms couldnt park in the hotel parking lot because they let random people use it just for parking. Two people who stayed with me had to walk to a whole different parking lot just to get to their vehicles. Incredibly inconvenient, and a waste of money. Shouldve stayed at a different hotel that didnt do that crap especially considering how many people were in town that weekend for the event. Soured the whole stay

Would stay again for location - but will look at Marriott who is only a few steps away for service.

Location was the reason I chose this hotel. Went to concert next door.

Front desk staff not friendly. It was an inconvenience to help me and speech was fast and just going thru the motions for WIFI. No idea what she said. No smile nothing. Same when I checked out.....same girl.

Enjoyable.

Breakfast was very good. Glad it was included in the price of our room. Price was high.

The bedding is very challenging. The top cover is too heavy. But something is needed besides just the sheet.

We enjoyed our stay, and avoid return without question!

Excellent location and very comfortable. The staff at the reception and in the breakfast room were extremely helpful.

It would be better if the parking lot had two exits. Someone got confused ahead of us and blocked it. The hotel took care of it, but if I had needed to leave immediately, it mightve been a problem.
