Excellent stay in nicely located hotel in Abu Dhabi

The staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was perfect. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. The location is also great, right in the middle of the city, you can take public transport to reach any part of the city.

The breakfasts could have been better.

Not worthy

The staff was friendly, the room was big and it had a hallway with sofa and armchairs.

The warm water wasnt working all the time (I had to was my shampoo off in the sink because there wasnt enough water in shower), cold as well (we had to wait for the water to come to flush the toilet!). Also the room was very smelly of unaired cigarette smoke! The windows couldnt be opened.

Very good

The staff are quick and professional. I was given an extended check out by the front desk which was quite helpful for us.

The shower area in the bath tub has no anti slip mat. A little water makes it slippery. I think someone needs to have a serious look at this. Accidents can happen.

Great option for a mid tier hotel with excellent location.

The location is excellent. It is close to many bus stops, and a large super market (LuLu). We have found restaurants within a 15 min walk. Taxi was readily available right outside the hotel. The staff was courteous, and helpful. The room was comfortable, well equipped and clean. Breakfast was adequate, and sufficient .

This hotel is not in a glitzy tourist area with 4-5 star hotels. It is in an older, local neighborhood. You are among the locals. This is not necessary a negative. We felt safe and were comfortable with the hotel and location.
