Quiet, convenient, apart from the shower being handheld and no curtain or screen, it was fine.

A cosy little apartment, located between the station and the care home that my dad has recently moved into. Convenient for Bournemouth and Boscombe (where the home is). Small kitchen area, with fridge, microwave etc. Quiet location.

Hand held shower, a hook to hang it on would have been good. No shower curtain or screen, so hard to stop water going all over the bathroom, especially as you had to hold the shower with one hand and try to wash with the other. As there were only the 2 of use we didn't need to sofa bed. Walking into the apartment we almost walked into the sofa as it takes up most of the room and is close to the apartment door. But I can understand that it would be good for a family. My partners mobility isn't so good and I hadn't realised it was up 2 flights of stairs, no lift, also the sensor light to the top staircase didn't come on until you reach the top of the stairs, so go up in the dark. If we stay again I will know to ask for a ground floor apartment.

would not stay again. yellow water from taps and dusty floors.

location was good, close enough to walk into city centre.

The room we stayed in had not been properly hoovered, there was a big build up of dust on the carpets. we could not use the bath as the hot water tap ran cold, despite running it for some time. the hot water in the sink came out yellow so we did not want to use that for washing. the hotel across the road where we were supposed to have breakfast had not been informed of our stay(they told us this happens frequently) we emailed the hotel to request a partial refund and were told they would only offer a 15%discount on a further stay which we definitely do not intend on using.

Good location,wth parking available. Room was nice and comfortable with a garden outlook. Facilities for cooking helpful too. Decor in the entrance area was lovely! Would stay here again.
