Disappointing

It needs up dated BAD

Every morning the guy told me he would bring me the bill. Breakfast was included. I think I was charged

The rooms were disgustingly dirty. Clipped toe nails on the floor really grossed me out. But the cleaning staff was very polite

Great location. Matttress in bed so uncomfortable cant sleep

The location

Our king size bed was so uncomfortable that we had to leave a day early. After spending one night in that bed we knew we couldnt do it a second night when we checked out around 10:00 at night and told the clerk it was because of the bed, he acted like he has heard this before. I dont spend money to stay in this nice of a hotel to have a bad mattress problem. Never again!!

Great location, but could have been better.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. Balcony had a great view. The location was also great for walking to many restaurants and great for proximity to the beach itself.

We had a room that had an adjoining room option, and either the people were crazy loud or the doors between were hollow. Also heard constant slamming of doors. Wasn't sure if they were rude or the door was broken. The biggest annoyance was the Navy or marines that did their PT run chanting right outside around 6:20am every morning. They ran by about 4 times. We had to sleep with earplugs.

I was in this hotel two years ago. It was good but this time I was disapointed.

Location was great. All the staff and the manager I spoke was good except one lady at front desk was rude.

room was not clean dust under table and under sofa bed. water was dripping from above on the balcony so we couldn't enjoy our balcony. the maintenance guy(nice) explain it was the condensed water from the AC above us and there was nothing he can do. He said this happens on a cloudy day. Something has to be done because that is why I rented ocean front room to sit and enjoy from the balcony. We couldn't sit out It was like a drizzle rain. Breakfast was included in the price but they don't have the buffe breakfast in the weekdays. I didn't want to eat the starbuck sandwich breakfast. It should be spacified during reservation. I want my refund.

It was in a good place for the Jazz Fest !!

It was dirty , it was in need of repairs and it was very expensive to much for what we got .

Close to everything. Convenient location

The breakfast should have been included. It was not worth the price. Food was frozen and just thawed out. No one was eating it. Most hotels for the cost of the room would have included that as a continental breakfast. There was no safe in the room. No microwave. Things I expected at a high cost hotel.
