Would stay again.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and had great pressure. We got food from the lobby and it was ok. Not really worth the price paid for it. We didnt use any of the other facilities. We would definitely stay here again if cruising out of Jax port.

The price of the food was too high for the quality.

Location was convenient to the airport. Staff was friendly, TV had Netflix which was nice.

the staff was really friendly and helpful

Our room had a mattress with what looked like 2 blood stains on the side of the mattress. we didnt realize until the 2nd night and we were checking out at 4am the next morning. They welcomed us to receive any snacks we wanted but still this shouldve been checked and changed before giving the room to someone.
