Location

No hot water my entire stay. I had to take cold showers. Microwave did not work. C as llwd front desk and they told me to check the circuit breaker. Poor customer service. Saturn maintenance finally came and told me entire hotel had hot water.

Location was good, we got in late and were back on road early so skipped breakfast and did not tour place. bed was good and room had plenty of room

Staff

Beeping all night long at the elevator kept me awake. They couldnt move me to another room. I shouldnt have been charged not to sleep bc they couldnt disable the beeping alarm.

The staff was so kind and helpful . The size and style of the room was great, the bed was so comfortable and the kitchenette was spotless, and had everything I needed.

The fuse for the microwave kept blowing, so I had to keep flipping multiple times while using. I could tell this hotel was one of the older ones in the chain. I was not the only guest who had electrical problems in the rooms. There was hair in the bathroom drawers. Also the water softener used was too much. It was hard to get soap off.
