Disappointing

Terrible experience, the worst I've had so far

Kind personel. The location. And that's all

The air conditioner wasn't able to keep warm temperature in the room. when It is turned to be warmer it made a lot of noise during its work but with no effect. When being on the bed or sofa the air flow was felt and was uncomfortable to be there. The bed itself is said "for two people" but it was less than even 1.7 meters and is not comfortable to sleep at all.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Hotel prepared the room for family accommodation with sofa bed.

Was disappointed that expensive breakfast counter doesn't make nor provide omelette.

Great location and service

Great location and staff. The hotels location by a major train station provides you with all the links to easily travel around Hamburg without any issue. The hotel was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and professional. I would happily recommend this hotel and go back there.

The shower leaked a bit which was disappointing. The bar would also get very full quickly however this is too be expected.
