The Courtyard by Marriott Fresno is highly recommended, with excellent staff and well-maintained facilities. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. However, those facing the freeway (Read More)may experience noise issues, so it is recommended to choose a room facing the courtyard. The hotel also offers a heated outdoor pool. Overall, it is a very nice hotel and the reviewers plan to stay there again in the future.

Breakfast options are very appealing to my expectations in quality and preparation

WiFi is not as good as the standard speed and quality received by hotel franchises lin Fresno including other Marriot facilities

Room was clean and had comfortable bed . Staff was also nice and friendly

I will they had better coffee machine in the hotel room or would provide complementary coffee. Also they didnt had microwave .

Delightful stay with one small glitch at the Courtyard by Marriott in Fresno

We arrived at this hotel after a week of traveling and finishing a trade show. Fortunately for us, the staff at this hotel are super helpful and friendly. When we checked in, Amanda at the front desk helped us how to figure out the best way to park our work trailer and assisted me in finding lunch options that were walkable from the hotel. It was also nice to have a restaurant on site, as after a long day of driving the last thing we wanted to do was to drive somewhere else to eat dinner. The rooms were clean and had sliding glass doors, so there was plenty of light. I had requested a room facing away from the highway and so I really appreciated that we had a room facing the interior courtyard, facing away from the freeway. There is also also an onsite laundry for customers (which is one of the reasons I picked the hotel), but if you plan on using bring cash (specifically quarters) - see the didn't like below. That said, this property was a good choice for staying in the Fresno area.

I was unaware that I would need cash for the laundry and had no cash on me. Since we were staying for three days (and a colleague was staying for one), it seemed like they could have charged the laundry machine to our room and given me change to run a load. The front desk said that this wasn't possible. Our vehicle was at a job site, so the only choice I had was to walk to the Bank of America, which was about a mile away to get cash. The kindest thing I can say about walking in the area around the hotel is that Fresno is best seen by car. When I returned, the washing machine was in use. Tired and exhausted, I had an embarrassing meltdown at the front counter. I spoke with the front desk and the manager and the manager worked with me to find a satisfactory solution to the laundry situation, which I really appreciated. This would have been an almost perfect stay except for this issue. Suggestion to the property: either add a credit card option to the machine, allow customers to charge for the use of the washer and dryer or make the laundry free.

This hotel is a tremendous value for the money.

Great location. Food was very good. Staff were great. We stayed four separate nights. Favorite hotel during 20 day vacation.

It is difficult to locate even with GPS.

The location is hard to find. GPS has difficulty finding it. We have identified signs and other landmarks that help us to locate it

Expensive room for a cheap service

Nothing, indeed.

I didn't feel necessarily welcome. A set of towels was missing in the bathroom, had to go to the front desk to pick them up as they weren't able to deliver them in my room. The room was overpriced for the service they provided. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff.
