Couldnt get the control remote to work with the TV. Unfortunately I was not able to watch any programs nor enjoy watching tv for a moment.

Poor

Dirty plates, loud humming AC, and no room cleaning during the day.

Breakfest was okay. Not many options out there but they are good to fill my empty stomach.

The breakfest plate was dirty. There were stains left on the plate. I tried first 5 and the 6th did not have many stain. Probably they did not check the plates after pulling out from dish washer. The AC was terribly loud with humming sound. I can understand the fan can be loud due to wind noise. But the AC has humming sound that makes me not able to sleep. I contacted front desk, they offered me two options: 1. Turn off the AC where it was winter outside to get myself with a quiet night. 2. Stay with AC on to keep room warm at the cost of sleeping with humming sound. Pick your choice. I stayed for 2 nights. After the first night I went out to visit and came back 8PM. The room was not cleaned and bath towel was not replaced. I have to go to the front desk to ask for new towel for my 2nd night shower. Since this is my first night stay with Hyatt branded hotel I would assume this is Hyatt style hospitality

Comfortable, clean and kind staff

The staff are incredibly kind. We checked in late after a family wedding and they helped us get toiletries, water and snacks for my kids. They had a smile on their face at all times and were remarkably kind. The chocolate cookies they make at regular intervals are yummy.

Passable

Over priced at $250 dollars a night for poor shower height and water pressure

The staff were friendly and the hotel looked very nice in the lobby

The room was a disabled access room. I did not know or want this this facility. The shower was too low and the water pressure was not good at all.

Very good

A typical hotel "on the highway".

Gas stations, places to eat and shopping centers nearby. A quiet neighborhood near a hospital, clinics and well-kept housing estates. About an hour's drive from the entrance to Sequia Nat. Park. Good standard of the hotel and very nice service.

Unfortunately very close to the highway. Rooms with windows facing the highway are noisy at night.
