With breakfast not included i was happy cider belly donuts was 10 minutes away.

Disappointing

Airport hotel? Not the convenient, cheap or easy journey after a delayed late flight

A quick and easy checkout & seeing the car I had organised from my next hotel with a smiley driver straight outside the front door at 7:45am

As a woman on her own arriving at Albany airport on a delayed flight at about 10pm I was upset to find no taxis. The hotel information implied there would be ones for about $10. After the complications of getting an Uber and locating exactly where I was, had to pay $40 plus tip. No sympathy from the staff at reception - surely an airport hotel should manage expectations better of how to get the short distance to it?

We always have an Old Fashioned at the bar. Theyve been great. The guy at this location was clueless and made a horrible one. He clearly wasnt trained. Also, our room was set up sideways for no reason. Really weird

Great value and comfortable airport stay in Albany

I had dropped my daughter off at camp in NY (from LA) and needed a decent, clean, comfortable room by the Albany airport and the Courtyard Marriott fit the bill perfectly. It was super easy to find, plenty of parking and a quick check in. This location seemed like it was a more new version and had a very clean feel to it. There was even a little Bistro inside the hotel that you could get dinner and drinks at. The room was a decent size and pretty clean. The bed was surprisingly super comfortable.

The only thing that I noticed was that there was some dirt/ dust on the side of the shower but everything else was super clean so I assumed it was just accidentally forgotten.

Absolutely an excellent hotel, dont hesitate, book it.

Superb Hotel, recently built, extremely clean, comfy bed, well located. Breakfast is simple and delicious. Lots of A/C outlets in the room, modern furnishing, excellent ironing equipment, quality 1800 watt hair dryer , modern roomy shower, Shampoo, Body wash, conditioner excellent quality. Yes, even the facial tissue and hygiene paper rolls are buy for home quality. Would definitely go back without hesitation to this place.

There is no clear markings of what the shower soaps are. Its written in light text on a light coloured bottle. Try going into the shower half awake in the morning trying to figure which is the body soap, shampoo or conditioner. Now imagine if you usually wear glasses !! Nothing like using conditioner all over your body when you thought is was body wash. Also, ladies note, there is no magnifying mirror in the bathroom for make up or a shower cap. Good grief, just those last few details could of made this hotel perfect. But I still would go back to this place.
