Waist of time.

The boat trip go end back.

The food, I get sick from one ever cook cheese burger, staff is not organice, I call room service 5 times they didnt pick up the call until I call reception and they call me back, I dont understand the concept, that claim to be a party hotel but they have the music on even when is no body around the pool, rooms are not sound proof, you can ear the neighbours next to you.

Just loved the island and view. So many things to improve still.

The trip on the yacht to the island was amazing, loved the experience. The beach was nice & views are good from the room (i had a beach view). Love the service at the reception & thanks for the late check out.

at check in they made us wait an hour because my booking wasn't appearing on their system. The hotel was clean & but still under construction. Very loud music in the pool area, speakers went off couple of time & it was actually peaceful for sometime. I guess you need to think of a break time where you can just keep a calm song, not so loud for like 30 min or an hour. The food quality was poor , please work on it. The bed was comfortable but next day I saw many bites on my body, there are bed bugs - be careful! My partner saw an insect on the bed but didn't think it was them. Would visit for a day pass but wont stay as I am afraid of getting another bites from the bed bugs!

Breakfast was good but people were a lot un organised and messy.

New year eve wasnt as expected, with fire works and entertainment. Hotel doesnt include a lot of activities to enjoy the stay.

Disappointing

Very expensive service with very low quality

I like the property and the designing of the pool and oceans,

Very poor hospitality, not responding staff , over priced food and the room services are not responding . Limited in choices I called once the room services to order a breakfast and they say move your legs down to the restaurant for breakfast included in the payment, i prepared my self very fast and when i moved down they said time has end for the breakfast( i got ready in 12 min) Prices are varied for one night with each receptionist . Sometimes they give the discount and sometimes they are not !

Beautiful place

I wasn't sure what to expect as was going with my mother but I upgraded the room to a gulf view and the noise levels were perfect there. She got to relax by the gorgeous blue waters, we both loved the atmosphere in the place. The views were exceptional. The food was really really delicious. The staff were super helpful. We regretted only booking for one night, but had other engagements that we couldn't cancel and left a bit sad that we couldn't have stayed for few more nights.

You can't wonder around as there are building works, but that was expected and cannot be changed for now.
