Pleasant

Good value for money. Would recommend if going to Marvel stadium or shopping in the city or vic market.

Good location v close to Southern cross station, Marvel stadium and short tram ride to Melbourne Central. Plenty of space for three people. Kitchen facilities good too. Staff were quick to respond even though there was no reception desk for the property

Superb

The host Sapphire is an excellent host and attentive. Would highly recommend staying here.

Location was ideal, right in the city, within walking distance to everything, great apartment with balcony.

If anything, the small shower and the water pressure. Only a minor thing.

Location is everything and this is it. Definitely stay here again and recommend.

Easy check-in, (and communication) with host meeting us in carpark to take us to the upgraded apartment and hand over keys. Free undercover parking. Large, clean, comfy apartment. Great location & walking distance to everything.

Disappointing

Overpriced, grubby and needs a deep clean, not a surface clean it seems to be getting.

Location to Southern Cross Station was its only redeeming feature.

Said we would be there between 1 and 2. Got confirmation that was ok. Got there just after 1 and was advised our room was not ready waited a further 50mins to get in. The whole place needs a deep clean, skirting boards and carpet around edges were dusty and unclean. No bath mat or face cloth provided. Kitchen was equipt but also needs a deep clean. Very noisy the whole time, was like having a window open above the street. Could not get advertised Netflix service to work. Went down to reception and spoke to the person who greeted us. He just dismissed us with a shrug and did not want to know. Would not recommend you stay here. Overpriced

Location was perfect for our stay in Melbourne, plus the host was absolutely lovely and all communications were great, especially when there was a bit of a room shuffle.

Unfortunately the shower head was broken and leaked causing the water pressure to be close to non existent. Photos on the website made the rooms seem more elaborate and spacious

Excellent location, friendly staff, good facility (free laundry although we didnt use it, salt etc are also provided) , very good value overall

The sink could be cleaner; the WiFi only worked on laptop, not on iphone

Good budget option in west side of the city

Great communication from host and welcome, excellent value especially including parking. Very convenient location and a range of amenities, comfortable beds.

Property is tired and could use a refresh, but this is reflected in the price. Noisy location but no worse than most others of this age and location.
