    A great place to stay
    Very nice and clean hotel close to a lively district. The staff spoke English very well. Beautiful surroundings and superb breakfast.

    The room wasnt clean. Smells bad and not clean, the floor and dust. They dont change the towels unless you ask for it.

    Great location, very close to Dante Metro station and close to the National Museum. The buffet was good and the staff was very friendly, (especially Erico was very nice and helpful, thanks!). My room was well isolated, no noises from next rooms, and the small fridge was appreciated. All was clean and feels like a safe place to stay, despite the not so good looking street and faade. I would recommend it!

    Very pleasant stay
    Breakfast was good, our room was comfortable and the staff was helpful and super friendly. We recieved great service and were taken very good care of even traveling off-season.
    Air conditioning wasnt too good. The room was warm and humid even though it was November.

    Great design in a convenient area to access the city centre.
    Nice design, lovely breakfast, large room and friendly staff. The location is really central and 'picturesque' even if because at the edge of a very poor neighborhood.
    It feels like it starts needed renovation with the linoleum floor peeling. Everything must have been cleaned with lots of chlorine, the smell of it was overwhelming (I don't mind, but some people do). For some visitors, especially foreigners the neighbourhood might not feel safe.

    Lots of flaws.
    Good location down a small road off Via Toledo. Very clean, friendly staff.
    Booked an overpriced transfer from the airport that left us waiting approximately 30 minutes. On arrival we were told that it was possible to have beer/wine in the hotel but when we asked that evening they had nothing in stock. Windows are high up in the rooms that give them a closed in feeling. Dog next door crying all night so we hardly slept. Not exactly the hotels fault but it is an known issue and being a dog lover it was very unfair on the poor dog.

    The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was bountiful. We loved the interesting art throughout the hotel. Our stay was great!
