The ease of finding the property , the location is convenient to shops, restaurants , comfy bed, clean & friendly staff

A standard 2 pillows would have been nice on each bed , rather than having to request them & a re think about the shower - how are people to access the shower when the door opens inwards & once the water is turned on it ends up all over the floor due to the shower door only going inwards - bad design

Clean, modern, comfortable serviced apartment in a handy location

The location was excellent for our needs as it was close to the family member we were visiting. Large shopping centre a half block away to get anything you need. Rooms are modern and clean. We had a one bedroom which had a kitchen with oven and fridge, plus washer and dryer in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable.

We stayed a week over the Christmas period. Rubbish was accumulating both in our room and in the underground carpark next to the access lift which was getting smelly. For a one week stay you are entitled to one room clean/service. Because of the public holidays, the only day staff were on to do this was the day before we left, which was a bit useless.

Comfortable enough considering we travelled to Melbourne to have Christmas with our daughter.

Location was close to our daughter's place which was the main reason for our choice. Close to trams and shopping centre.

There were no extra pillows and, with the Christmas break, no way to ask for some. We both have conditions which necessitate more than one pillow so some discomfort sleeping. There could have been more coffee and sugar sachets provided considering rooms weren't serviced during the break.

Quiet comfortable room

We were upgraded on arrival because it was our first stay, the receptionist was great to deal with and accommodating! The room was spacious and comfortable

The shower head was on a weird angle and wasnt adjustable
