Brilliant facilities, comfortable chairs, gym, views, just a beautiful place with a shopping mall through a door and restaurants near by, fantastic views and very nice and helpful staff.

Peaceful convenient stay, with nearby restaurants and supermarket.

Whilst the location was further away from central Dubai, it was the perfect getaway from the bustling city and the peace was something we looked forward to at the end of our day of being out and about. The service staff was helpful and friendly, greeting us every day, helping us when needed, etc. We were lucky to get the room with the view of the lake, although the carpark view was quite nice at night too as there were no obstructions - like those you get in the city center. There was also somewhat like a mall connected to the hotel which had a supermarket, making it very convenient to shop for items, or to buy food. And the range of food places in front of the hotel and around the lake, with reasonable prices, really makes this place a good choice for stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a restful stay during their itinerary-packed vacation.

The daily cleaning was not consistent as there were days we had one towel instead of two, and we saw a small piece of wrapper under our bed, which was not from us. But overall, the room was clean, nicely maintained, comfortable and good enough for us to crash our tired selves after a day of exploring.

Perfect place to unwind.

Love the view, ambience, the live band during Christmas.

I love my stay in the hotel everything was good, perfect place to unwind. Staffs are friendly mostly in Reception named Glen she's very accommodating.
