Very good

The room had an amazing view of the town that we liked a lot and we want to specifically thank the Greek waitress at breakfast for her excellent service and good personality!! She made our stay unforgettable!!!

Had a fantastic magical christmas time

Amazing location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff - nothing too much trouble.

The atrium and bar area was very warm - almost too hot - but that is not something to really worry about.

Disappointing

I wouldn't want to stay at this hotel again; the price-to-quality ratio is not good.

The location of the hotel was very good; it was within walking distance to public transportation and Tivoli Square. The size of the rooms was sufficient, and the view was quite beautiful.

Despite reserving a room with a king-size bed, they provided a different room, claiming they couldn't allocate the reserved room due to high occupancy. The hotel staff was friendly, but they didn't resolve the issue or offer assistance. There was no water in the rooms, and the minibar was empty. You have to buy groceries from the market downstairs, making it feel more like a hostel. Not even a bottle of water is provided as a daily courtesy. The room was dusty; it wouldn't be called dirty, but it was not very clean. There was an issue with the toilet drain. The bathrooms still have shower curtains, indicating that the hotel is old and in need of renovation.

Central location with great view of the river. Hotel is a short walk from city centre. Very clean. Staff so friendly and helpful Breakfast superb.

Staff base knowledge was low at checkin. Despite prepaying was faced with a challenge from front desk staff that we required to pay despite paying. Required 3 staff to verify payment was made despite showing the payment confirmation Booked two rooms, put a block on a credit card for both. When my children arrived for the second room, front desk staff were insistent that a second card block was required. Requested assistance to get a taxi, was told go outside and get one. Front desk staff were not welcoming or helpful and did think the experience
