Lovely stay in a little bit of paradise outside of busy Marmaris

The food was amazing. Cannot convey how impressed I was by the variety, freshness, presentation and taste. Room styled out in bohemian style decor, but it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The free yoga sessions and hikes were a nice option, and the movie night on the beach was a special touch. Great location away from Marmaris, but accessible by a water taxi ride.

Any minor issues I had were dealt with promptly. I feel that the beach/ pool area could be quite busy in high season.

Cool concept hotel

Great adult only concept hotel next to the sea. Private breach with (rather large) infinity pool next to it and various different places to sit, all on what is essentially an island not far from Marmaris. Food concept great too. Choice from 6 or 7 good stations. Order what you want and you pick it up when freshly cooked. Best of both, buffet type choice but freshly made restaurant quality food at the same time. Great cuisine types with lots of variety, we didn't notice any repetition in our 10 days stay. Good music throughout the day with live DJs at certain times. Great watersport selection next to the hotel. The hotel also has an action packed itinerary. Lots of it free with some paid options. We were never bored. Also did a half day boat trip round the area which was excellent value. Room was decent too both size and facilities. Staff service generally very good. We also used the hamman spa, not cheap for Turkey but some great package treatments. Also used the gym which was pretty good. Strongly suggest you go on one or two or the early morning treks with the hotel manager. Great way to see the island nature reserve and get some exercise. Really important - strongly recommend one goes for the all inclusive option. Glad we did. It's great value for money as going and hoc can be expensive and hotel is very isolated so no external choices nearby. All food was excellent and drinks menu in AI not too bad. Overall we really loved this place and would definitely return or go to one of their other hotels in the Mediterranean. Cool concept.

Some people we met there complained about isolation from Marmaris (c25mins taxi). Hotel does fairly frequent boat trips to and from the town which are about 20-30mins. To us we never needed to leave as it was great to have the exclusive private sanctuary feel to the hotel and its surroundings.

Not a 5 star hotel, more like an upmarket 3 star hotel.

The location and the staff

The poor quality of the room and that it was in disrepair. The lack of 5 star service throughout the short stay. We carried our bags to the car even though we requested the concierge but we were ignored.

Exceptional, relaxing break away!

The staff were exceptional. Picture perfect views as well as good food!

No cocktails on the all inclusive menu. As much as there is a lovely extensive menu, we feel it could of done with some cocktails or better ros. However that is only up to preference, I cannot fault the property or the staff.

Its great that the hotel is located far from populated areas, with only a small marina nearby. Super atmosphere of relaxation and hedonism. Nice DJ sets. The ability to be in the thick of a party, or go to a secluded corner to relax in silence. I would like to say a special thank you to all the staff - they do their job unobtrusively and very carefully.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DEFINITELY NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL. IT WAS LIKE HELL ON EARTH

The general manager was a really nice person and understanding. He did care about his guests and did try to help by giving us an upgrade, but the upgrade was still below a 5 star standard, the standard of the hotel rooms are 3 star at best. The view was good.

The rudest bad mannered check-in girl fatima and the guest relations manager is highly unprofessional and unskilled. The hotel is definitely not a 5 star as described. The place is falling to bits. The staff don't care, will never apologise to you, and are extremely argumentative. The rooms are very dark, cheap, worn-out furniture, and tired. The spa staffed not trained in sports massage and the lady nearly broke my spine with her unskilled massage. Extension dangerous practice. When I complained and told her to stop, the manager said I didn't have a high pain threshold and that they had never had complaints. Very reasonable staff that can not comprehend the concept of an apology. Constantly use the excuse of their English not being very good. No doubt they will make a thousand excuses to my review also, because that is what they do will all the reviews. The final straw was when they asked me to sign a disclaimer to say that I was very happy at an upgrade ( which was very basic also) and that I enjoyed my stay and wouldn't complain. Obviously, I refused to sign a disclaimer and advised then thar this practice of disclaimers is completely unlawful and wrong.
