Location to wedding venue Gardens were stunning

The place needs a thorough clean. Pool was unusable as it was filthy ashtrays hadn't been emptied with butts on the ground , we were greeted with a garbage bag of rubbish on the back table ,even dog poo around the pool.unsafe entry to backyard from master very unstable .l shall stop there

Owner need to fixup things

The location was great with pretty nice view of Gold coast sky scrapers from the back yard. Swimming pool was good addition. Comfy beds and projector. Large house and can easily accommodate 8-10 people Messaging from the owner was prompt

Property had no keys so we were left with no lockable main door over night. As per the owner the last people took the keys with them. No one was there on arrival or check out. So we were by our own until cleaners came next day The pet entry door on back was big enough for a person to enter so bit scary. Dishwasher was non functional. Toilets were not lockable inside which was not great when staying with other families Second bathroom was open plan and need to go outside to close the blinds (blinds are installed outside) to block view from outside. Carpets had slight smell when we arrived possibly from cleaning Tiles were sticky possibly due to cleaning stuff. Only hot water from tap appeared to be from council. This was not informed until we asked (should have informed to us before we book) As we did not know about this before, we did not bring any bottled water so stick with the supplied 5L water bottle on the fridge for normal drinking. Kitchen utensils are kind of old. Some Lights didn't work Some pantry cupboards are broken.

Beautiful view, gorgeous house.

The view was amazing, the house was clean and very inviting. Andrew was extremely nice and professional while communicating with us when we got a bit loud (still sorry about that mate). Definately would come stay here again.
