The Comfort Inn & Suites DeForest is highly recommended for families, with early and smooth check-in, cheerful and helpful staff, and clean and stocked rooms. The pool area is fantastic, with the fro (Read More)nt desk staff going the extra mile to ensure kids have a great time. The views from the rooms with balconies are beautiful. The facility is kept super clean, and the staff is friendly. The king size rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The pools and hot tubs are saltwater, which is preferred by some. The hotel offers a great value with excellent service and easy access to major highways.

we have stayed with you many times this is the first time we had a room that wasn't to our liking
didn't eat breakfast
beds were uncomfortable ... the heated made a funny noise and the tv didn't work ... the young man came in and got it going but when we turned it on in the morning it didn't work

Good, thick towels. Small fridge and microwave. Good firm beds. Lots of space for family gathering Exceptional breakfast
No grab rails in bathroom. Bathroom door too large. Awkward

I would consider all the different lodging options next time.
Had bugs, spider webs and around the tub was dirty. The man on duty couldnt find our reservation for some time.

It was as expected and adequate.
It was what I expected and it was adequate.
Air condition was problematic and a light in the parking area shined brightly through the window. There was inadequate shades to block out its brightness.
