The Cambria Hotel Madison East is praised for its lovely towels and clean, comfortable rooms. However, there were issues with the lack of hot water during showers and difficulty shaving. The hotel is (Read More) conveniently located near Erin's Snug Irish Pub and is well maintained. The coffee is also highly praised. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bed is comfortable. The hotel has a bar with a variety of drink options, although the food is just average.

Very good

I like the fact that it is quiet so you can rest and it was easy to find.

I wish the airport shuttle started working before 8am. I wish the hot tub was working.

I wished we had more time because it was a really nice place to stay.

We had a really lovely and comfortable room.

Its not close to UW and there are no stores in walking distance

Superb

The property was modern and clean. The staff was friendly, and our room was beyond our expectations! The property is located near other amenities such as a gas station, and the hotel amenities that the hotel offers met our needs well!

There was a few fresh-looking stains on the bed and lounger in the bedroom that were concerning, but our group was pretty low maintenance so did not bother us too much.

Very good

The property was very clean, and the room was spacious.

The DC that was put on file for the $50 hold was charged in the amount of one night's rate. I contacted management the following day after check out to notify them of the error. The transaction was reversed, and the payment was back in the account within 5 business days.

Superb

The manager was amazing and helped us to get to the airport when we couldnt find a ride. The rooms were really well taken care of and beautifully layed out.

The pool was small but nice to have an indoor pool.

Rough start, but then great!

Style of rooms, modern everything, towels were soft, water was hot and had great pressure in the shower, bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows

First room we were put in had a dirty mattress, checked under the fitted sheet and there was broken chips between the sheet and the mattress pad. Under the mattress pad the actual mattress was dirty too with actual dirt on it Spoke to the front desk and they immediately moved us to a new room. The new room was perfect!! No issues after that! Something lite for breakfast should be offered and not forced to pay for everything for the cost of the room some things should be included even if its a doughnut or a box of cereal

Rooms were spacious

There was a water main break above my room and many of my items were soaked in the process. We had to move rooms and it was inconvenient. There was also not compensation given for the inconvenience.
