Great location and great staff!

Closeness to beach, breakfast with a beach view. Friendly staff. Room was large, bed slightly soft but I found I comfortable. Fridge, hairdryer & kettle provided also hand towels which you dont get in Malaysia. I also liked that the basin was in the bedroom rather than bathroom, handy for getting ready when the bathroom is occupied.

Would be handy if there was a light over the mirror for getting ready in the evening. Also space next to toe bathroom could be utilised better for storage.

Location was great and it is overall clean in the bedrooms. Rooms are pretty spacious

Overall quality of accommodation (everything broken like toilet, floor, electric appliances Beds are rock hard Low quality breakfast It is generally not worth the price

Great location, just a 5 minute walk from ferry drop off.

Great position, just off the beach. Nice friendly staff.Good breakfast, which was included in the price.

Slightly tired in some places and bed is a tad firm.

Very nice choice

Great location. Nice rooms and beautiful houses. The garden is amazingly beautiful. The receptionist is very friendly. Water in the shower can go very warm, very pleasant. The air conditioner also worked well. In general I 100% recommend and I would like to come back in this hotel

One day internet worked badly. Also one time for some reason there was no breakfast till 8 without a warning, and we were going diving at 7.30, so I needed to buy something really quickly on the go. Could have warned us, I counted on that egg and salad!

In General everything is good.

Hope that the breakfast or choice could be having more choice. Reception should be there 24hours just in case there is any emergency.

Air con, totally hot like sauna room at after noon(11am-7pm),totally Can't stay at room, water heater water so small, if i Mention facilities improve will come and stay again.ROOM S1

The hotel location is on the beach in the quiert end of Pattaya. The rooms are big and it has a balcony. The beach is beautyfull og the water is clear and fantastic.

The hotel is worn and is not worth 3 stars.. Many tiles in the bathroom are broken, there are holes in the bedding and the towels are frayed at the edges. You can't call it a resort. It's a good enough breakfast restaurant, but you can't buy anything at the hotel. The metal posts that will support the roof are fully rusted. The The staff do not speak English and are not able to guide on anything. The air conditioning stopped cooling, but the boss shrugged and couldn't show how the TV worked either. It appears that there was a dining area in the home, but there was not. On the balcony there were 2 chairs, but no table. Even though we asked for it we never got one. Every evening, someone uses a circular saw, which makes noise. Every night there are dog fights, which make noise. You can only get to Koh Lipe by speed boat. We had a terrible trip which knocked our backs and necks so that we were sore the next day
