Very friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room. Large en-suite bathroom with clean towels. Plenty of tea/coffee in room. Comfortable bed.

Excellent!

Great room, bed super comfy and warm, cozy environment and spacious area with TV. 5 min to a main street with supermarkets and cafes. I would stay here again!

It was 4 minutes away from my sisters house so it was really ideal for us to stay there

Comfortable and spacious; I'd book again.

Room 4 at Clifton House is very spacious, with a view over the garden and free wifi. It was comfy and spotless with a great shower (wet room). The mini fridge was an unexpected bonus. Checking in and out was simple and quick. The location was very convenient for visiting family nearby.

The busy main road was audible, particularly motobikes.

The place was OK, the room had a kettle (that needed cleaning) and some powdered coffee and milk. The room was spacious and had all the very basics. The bed was large although it is a very soft mattress. The Bathroom was cleaned everyday at 3 pm and the bed and bedsheets were nice and clean.

!!if you are going by car beware!! We got a parking ticket on our first day because we were too close to the house managers driveway (we didn't block it at all). And the owner saw us park there and didn't say anything until after the ticket was there. We think that it was him who called the police, because there were other cars parked like us on other driveways and no tickets. (Not a nice thing to do to your guests). The installations are old and worn, so even if the place is clean (the cleaner was very nice and did a good job) it didn't look so. There are stains on the walls and the doors, as well as the shower curtain. The shower was also old and needs a retouch. I would have liked a mini fridge, even if it was shared with the other guests or a microwave (given there is no kitchen). The carpet is old and worn as well. Over all very very average, like a shared student house with just the basics.
