Difficult because of the key and cold first night.

Good location

Air conditioner was not working on first night (very cold). The remote was not controlling the system and an older remote needed to be found. Family on different itinerary to me, but only a single key supplied.

Apart from the key issue eating into our time and frustrating us , a good stay.

View was superb, fit out was comfortable and sensible. Fairly clean, didnt look like it had a thorough floor clean , sorry.

Will not recommend Airkeeper to anyone, we spent far too much of our time trying to get a second key to property so we didnt all have to leave and come home at same time plus other needs, to be honest we were lied too, firstly told that if we wanted a second key it would cost and then that they dont normally issue two keys , later told a previous tennant had taken keys, then finally after three days told they would set up a key safe for us before we needed to go two separate ways to function to have the email with details come through after we had left for our dinner functions. We went down stairs and bought a keysafe in the same building, when we got home we had email saying they had set up a key safe for us , the address of same was a fair distance from us and code would change each. We had picked key up from Conceirge business downstairs and delivered key back to there on checking out, even though they had asked us to put key in other box. There was no way we were walking all that way with our luggage to drop off key. Our first and last dealing with Airkeeper.

Convenient, clean (overpriced) city view apartment

The location was prime, a short walk across the road to Southern Cross Station and many convenient food/drink options close by. The apartment was clean, tidy and offered a great city view.

The check-in process was confusing and frustrating to say the least. We arrived very late in the evening and communicated with the Booking Agent (AirKeeper) prior, who gave explicit written instructions to collect our keys from the convenience store across the road. However, our keys were not available and the shop assistant was not able to provide any guidance. After calling the numbers listed in our booking, eventually we received conflicting information to collect our keys from a self check-in storage box (if only these instructions were provided in the first place). Other annoying points worth mentioning: the TV remote was hidden at the back of the couch and only found on our last morning after getting on hands/knees to locate; the toilet seat was loose and not attached; considering the price we paid, it would have been nice to at least have some fresh milk to go with the minimal breakfast options available (small cereal packets were the only provision).
