Exceptional

Nice clean rooms with super interior. Great location with a heated pool. Cheap car parking at garage only 5 mins walk. Chairs available on the beach.

Disappointed - I do not understand how this hotel is ranked 4 stars.

Kind staff but very disappointing.

The bathroom mirror was rusted, the bathroom door and safety deposit box were broken. The shower handle was broken. When we tried to change rooms, the second room was in even worse disarray with dirty floors and a foul smell. We had to leave the hotel due to its condition early and booked another hotel.

Would return for sure, great location, staff and food, few small steps could make it awesome

Location awesome, staff fantastic, food and drinks great

Bedroom wasnt 100% clean, went to plug charger in behind the bedside table and it was filthy as was under the bed. Noisy (assume) air con unit outside bedroom window and very noisy from upstairs due to wooden floors. Broken pool step (middle step be careful!)

Close to the beach , clean

When we arrived the sink wasnt working but someone did come up quickly to fix. Bathroom door would not lock, the AC was loud but someone quickly came to adjust the noise.

Disappointing

I wont stay there again

Cleaning service was good and great location

Staff was not friendly or helpful for the most part. I arrived and no one to greet me or help me with my luggage. I was sick and was charged for a cup of hot water so I could make tea. I was there for 2 weeks and I think the hot water could have been a courtesy. They shower pressure was bad and took forever to get hot and then dripped all night. The WiFi was constantly going down.

The hostel is great. The staff was very kind and discreet. It's good for resting. Of course, the beach is amazing and easy to access.

The music in the garden plays all day long and starts early in the morning. Nobody listens; it's useless and noisy. It would also be useful to provide some guidance for guests when they are near the rooms. Some people make a lot of noise.
