This Chillax Heritage Hotel receives high praise for its helpful and professional staff, well-equipped rooms, and lovely buffet breakfast. The rooftop pool with a swim-up bar and ample sunbeds is a u (Read More)nique feature. Guests appreciate the attentive and friendly staff, as well as the hotel's proximity to Khaosan Road without being noisy. The check-in process is efficient, and the rooftop pool is well-maintained. The only drawback is that guests can only leave the room with all electricity turned off due to the use of a single room key. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of everything necessary.

The pool has a nice view. And the coctails are on spot.

The room are full with furniture, there is hardly any space to move around.

A mediocre hotel, in an exceptional city.

Very good swimming pool area, although it did get rather crowded. The room itself was functional, comfortable, but bland.

The shower over the bath, leaked water all over the floor, no matter how careful you were. This was only solved by using a towel on the flor to absorb the copious amount of water which spilled over. A very poor design. It was fairly difficult to get taxis or tuktuks from the hotel and there were no train stations nearby, although we discovered you could use the river transport to get to other areas of Bangkok. It would have been helpful if the reception staff had been better informed and able to help their guests.

Good hotel in the middle of khaosan area

We only stayed for one night before heading back home. Staff was really friendly, rooms clean and the breakfast buffet was great! The hotel is located right in Khaosan road area with lots of food options and bars around.

Only downside in the hotel was the shower curtain, Im not a fan of those!
