Great location, helpful staff.

First, I booked this room for my son and his fiance, specifically because on this site (Booking.com) it states that the required age to check in is 18. My son is 19 and I wasn't traveling with them. Upon arrival, they were told they couldn't check in and that they had to be 25. My son was extremely upset, had driven down to surprise his fiance with tickets to the Hornets game. I called the main office and some wonderful gentleman worked the problem out. I am very grateful , otherwise they would have been stranded in a strange city, hours from home without a place to stay. Then there was confusion about whether or not the stay had been paid for, after another phone call that to was resolved. I don't blame the hotel staff but it was very stressful. Overall, after checkin they were very happy with the room and the great location to the event.

Great stay due to location, easy walking distance to many restaurants and attractions .

Great location, nice room and loved the sprayer in shower . Also our room was serviced even on a two day stay. Some places dont do that .

The valet service is great and a must have although expensive at $45 a day. The coffee shop was convenient but service was slow and coffee was not hot or tasty.

Great hotel.

This was a wonderful hotel, very clean, great location, great views, the room had a space for me to work which was great for my trip, bed and linens were clean and comfy.

There was nothing about my stay that could've been better. This is worth the money if you are coming for a short business trip. It is also very close to many restaurants.

Way too expensive for the tiny room we got and the noise

Nice, clean. Location

Room was very small. Noisy. You could hear the people upstairs, in hallway, outside the building. Did not sleep it was so noisy

It was nice. Again, everyone we met in this hotel was nice and helpful.

We enjoyed it. Staff was extremely nice. I didnt meet a single person who wasnt going beyond their way to be courteous and helpful both in the hotel and the bar. Very friendly smiling faces.

I didnt like the sliding smoked glass bathroom door. That didnt provide much privacy. Also, the fire alarm went off and the only reason we knew is because our 10 year old granddaughter asked why the lights were flashing in the hallway. We didnt hear a sound in our room. Seems unsafe.
