We asked to change room in the highest floor, room was empty at that moment, they denied our request. I think they could change room for us, we was ready to pay more.

The rooms and the view from the rooms are as good as the pictures. I stayed in the ocean view room on the third floor and had L shaped windows and a balcony with a great view of the ocean. The staff is really sweet and helpful and keeps the property very clean.

The property doesn't have a restaurant so while they can manage a good breakfast, you can't get room service. There is also no lift so if you get a third floor room be prepared to climb. The staff will help carry your luggage but you have to carry yourself.

Very helpful staff. We got free room upgrades so everyone in our party could stay together. The rooms were spacious and clean. The morning breakfast was very good. The owner coordinated through Whatsapp and was very accommodating and helpful! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Mosquitoes, big ones. But I guess that's a general problem in the area.

Ended up with a huge triple room to myself which was spotless. Staff so so friendly and the breakfast for around 4 GBP was immense. They just kept bringing little plates of goodness situated just off the main street which runs parallel to the beach so you are 30 seconds from the beach and restaurants. All in a fantastic experience can't recommend this place highly enough.

The best hotel in Sri Lanka, price low - quality high

Everything was perfectly fine! The location, the spacious room, the towels, the bed, the blanket, the VIEW over the sea. The friendly staff, Isha and other lovely ladies were so nice. Also, you will get two big bottled water. Anyway it was the best hotel in Sri Lanka for me. Moreover, I wanted late check out and they were ok with it. I cannot stop mentioning good things about the this hotel

Everything was really marvelous! There is no elevator... but its ok because a bit work out is good for the health
