We were disappointed in the Hotel chains lack of information and care.

Location and terrace and breakfast.

The Hotel was under renovation. There were workmen and their equipment on the stairs and hallways. Workmens noise during the day. There was drywall dust in the air, on the halls, stairs and carpeting. We believe that this should have been disclosed to us, prior to arrival or at least on arrival. Catalonia Hotels have a number of Hotels in downtown Barcelona, we should have been offered a discount or a choice of moving to another hotel. On our second to last day we found out that we could use the Gym and Spa in another Catalonia Hotel for free. This should have been offered to us first day!

The one bed in the room was broken and never fixed otherwise all fantastic !!

Lovely place from which to enjoy the wonderful city that is Barcelona!

Great location. Aerobus from the airport was perfect as we just walked down the street and just 6.25euro a person. Key locations felt very walkable from this location. Loved the Gothic quarter. So fabulous to be there during the Christmas season. Wonderful decorations. Loved having our room with a balcony on the street to be able to see the Christmas lights in the evening.

The location is fantastic. The hotel is very well laid out. The room itself was very clean and well appointed, with a lovely minibar selection.

There was some works taking place in the hotel requiring drills and hammering etc which started quite early. It wasnt too bad from my room but being advised at check in would have been appreciated.

Great hotel, great location, great staff, 100% I would recommend and would happily stay there again

The location was fabulous and the property itself was lovely inside and very well kept. The hotel was extremely clean and there were always staff cleaning the hotel lobby and Halls. I travelled with friends to this hotel and stopped in a twin room, however I would happily come back with my wife.

The only item I found slightly awkward was that the bathroom had a glass door (not see through!) which was not ideal for privacy, especially when sharing with a friend. Other than this I could not fault the hotel .
