Convenient for what we wanted and satisfactory

Excellent breakfast, just how we both liked it. Very friendly people. Facilities in the room were fine.

We were up in the eaves and the stairs were dangerously narrow in places - perhaps not too suitable for older women like ourselves. Beds were situated under the eaves too so we had to be careful not to sit up and bang our heads.

Wonderful place to stay.

Location was great as down the road from Dover Castle. The breakfast was gorgeous and the host was so nice and helpful.

We only stayed one night.

Great location to visit Dover Castle.

Staff were great and the location was perfect. White Horse Pub around the corner was outstanding. Oldest Pub in Dover.

We both had the full English breakfast. The host was wonderful and made a great breakfast in a nice, cozy dining room. The coffee was served in a french press which was a great surprise for Americans traveling in England.

Tidy, snug, well kep guest house with an eager lender who serves a solid breakfast.

Authentic and convenient and at a good price. The owner remembered me from six years before. Felt welcome and valued

Lots of stairs, narrow ones, which are commonplace in old buildings. My garret room was very snug, again due to the building itself. If stairs and eaves are hard for you let the owner know when reserving.
