Great location in Condesa. Cute boutique hotel, not luxury but extremely affordable and rooms are pretty spacious and has everything you need. Omar, in the reception was super helpful with making restaurant reservations and more! There is a city bike stall right outside which is very convenient if you want to bike around. Caiman bar was very popular and trendy. Would recommend to ask for a room on a higher floor, otherwise music and buzz from the bar could disturb your sleep. Would absolutely stay again!!

Nothing! Except the strong perfumed scent in the elevator.

Comfortable but spartan stay

Great location and comfortable but squeaky bed.

The rooms are very small and dark. The only window was in the bathroom so when you closed those doors it was completely dark. Great for sleeping.

Thank you for making me feel safe and right at home.

I loved the location but most of all I loved how warm and lovely and helpful each of the staff was. A special thank you to Andreas who was at front desk when I arrived who made me feel very at home helping me with adapters and chargers and even getting me a portable heater (I am from the tropics and cannot stand cold weather!). I also want to thank Paola who had personally assisted me in showing me where to get a local SIM card and helping me to load it into my phone. Omar who had graciously helped me book my bus shuttle to Queretaro and even Axel was very kind and friendly. I loved the cafe within the hotel and all the staff there too (although I understand this is a separate management) but services hotel guests too. All in all this place made me feel at home although I was close to 17,000 km away from home. Loved how hot the shower was too!

The Casa Nuevo Leon is a simple but nice hotel with lovely staff in a great location.

Location is excellent (walking distance to many restaurants, beautiful parks, and sights/museums). Staff was very friendly, thoughtful, and helpful (both before we arrived, on arrival, and throughout our stay). The cafe/bar attached to the hotel was very good. Lots of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. Extras like the water boiling pot and coffee beans/grinder in the room were a nice touch.

I would have liked a box of Kleenex (tissues) in the room and wash cloths in the bathroom. Thicker towels would be great, as would a light on the desk. I also would have liked a way to open (and then close) the window in the shower to let the steam out.

Cute, design-forward boutique hotel on a charming corner of a vi rant neighborhood.

Excellent location on a vibrant corner. Easily walkable to great restaurants and (if you're ok with a 30 minute walk) to major attractions. The design aesthetic is great--it's a beautiful and charming boutique hotel.

The bedding is comfortable except for the pillows, which are lumpy. The windows are thin so there can be street noise especially on weekend nights... but this wasn't really a problem.
