Superb

Nothing really. There was no hand wash soap or cream in the bathroom. It was only two nights for us so we didnt bother that much. Breakfast options or amenities provided in the room might be developed.

Very pleasant and very central

Location was excellent - couldn't have been more central. Rooms were very functional and excellent bathrooms. Breakfast was OK (quite meagre but nice waiters).

Lack of staff. We were desperate to check in by 14.00-15.00 (tired after a very early morning flight) but Anna could only get to us at just after 16.00 ... and it was raining ! Also after the first night, I messaged Anna asking if there could be some milk in the coffee room or bedroom, plus some shower gel which had run out, but nothing was done during the rest of our stay.

Breakfast was in a cafe near Piazza magiore outside the hotel. t was just a croissant and a cafe. However, room was big and very clean and modern. The most famous place piazza magiore i just around the corner, few steps away. This hotel exceeds my expectations. Thank you

Terrific short stay - will definitely be back

The location was perfect for us as we like to be close to the centre where we can easily walk to tourist attractions and to restaurants etc.

Lovely roomy apartment, beautifully decorated, clean, well maintained and servivpced during our stay

Serene and peaceful stay at the heart of the city.

The location was perfect. Wonderful urban experience where you can just step out of the building and you are on the main street. The place is a renovated apartment building turned into flats with very modern, very clean rooms. It is like a hotel without a front desk, but the person of contact is extremely helpful in every way. Recommended for those looking for a peace of mind even right at the center of the city. Could not think of a better location.

There was actually no air conditioning-it was so weak that the room was blazing hot day and night Our requests to check it were actually ignored Since there is no reception we were given a contact number, but the response was intermittent and inconsistent and many messages we left or phone calls were ignored

Great location, very clean and comfortable apartment.

The location of the apartment was perfect, just off the piazza. It was very clean, comfortable, spacious and thoughtfully decorated. Our host met us on arrival and provided very clear instructions re: entry requirements. Very secure! We stayed for 2 nights, but wished we had've allowed more time to explore Bologna, lovely city. Would highly recommend and love to stay there again.
