We the little community

Sasha the manager made sure we were settled and stayed late to check us in. She ran and got a bottle of wine and left cookies, shes truly a wonderful caring manager! I also want to thank Julie at the front desk she was also delightful we will return. Great location!

Memorable comfortable beach vacation

Very clean and comfortable room. Loved having a ceiling fan and floor fan, plus another fan in wardrobe to use if needed. Appreciated the coffee and breakfast choices. Close proximity to beach & restaurants was primary reason for choosing this hotel, as we had never been to Capitola before! Really enjoyed the private terrace on the sidewould definitely visit again

It would be nice if coffee was offered a bit earlier than 8:30 am

The Capitola Hotel is in an excellent location! Breakfast was a perfect light selection. Room was comfy, clean, well stocked with linens and toiletries. Definitely a "10" out of 10!

Room too small, staff was rude, checkin was very late, will not come back

Location

Feet popped out the bed by about 12 inches. No water to make coffee. We called days before the stay letting them know we would be there by noon and when we got there at 1 oclock and told us we had to wait another hour. Toilet and bathroom was so small that you had to sit on it sideways. Zero parking and not even a place to drop off your stuff. Staff was horrible.
