Very good

Really nice place to stay would do it again.

Convenient location, easy to find. Lovely greeting upon arrival. Spa bath was great! Nice and clean!

The hot water was extremely hot and dangerous. The sliding door rollers need replacing.

Handy location or an overnight stop before an early morning ferry. Good sized room that was comfortable enough for a family of five. Sheets and towels clean and fresh.

Cleanliness was ok overall, but some areas needed more attention. Shower didn't drain well, so feet were in a pool of water.

Tidy stay.

Lovely and clean sheets.

No hot chocolate, beds could of been more comfortable. Windows needed to be cleaned on the outside. Fridge needed to be updated.

Great staff and location!

Location was perfect, out of the hustle and bustle yet close to the city. Our room was great, I have 4 kids so it was really nice that there were 4 beds in arms reach of each other upstairs of the apartment which meant our children were together (I prefer this than them being scattered throughout an accommodation), beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay.

The sliding door didnt lock barely holding with the bolt lock, we had to sleep with the door barricaded as I felt very unsafe and vulnerable - it was late at night when we checked in and after 9.30 when we noticed this however the next day I alerted them of the issue and they had the locks replaced and secured before we came back after our day out (also upon departure they gave us a 50% refund, they were so nice and really looked after us! I cannot explain enough just how hospitable the staff especially the manager she went above and beyond to put that issue right and make up for that issue).

Disappointing

Very disappointing, for the price it was awful. Basic is ok, moldy and dirty is not.

Windows didn't seal, lots of mold on upstairs window frame, general unclean feel about the place, massive gap under front door... all meant it was very cold and unpleasant to be in. Clearly in need of refurbishment.
