Was ok.

The room was great. Love the fact it had kitchen with appliances and dishes.

The TV remote didn't work. It took us two hours before we came to a conclusion with the staff to reset the cable box. So we was without a TV for 2 hours

Cleanliness is sub -,par and not what paying customers deserve!

Very comfortable pillows, soft and squishy and a comfortable mattress. Nice facilities if needed plus an impressive looking mini-store for needed items. Staff tried to remedy issues by changing rooms.

Two stays in Nov 2023, 4 nights and 2 nights. I wanted to like this hotel with its comfy mattresses and really comfy pillows, but the cleanliness level in essentially 3 of 4 rooms given during our two stays were not up to a cleanliness standard one would expect. A paying customer does NOT need to see previous customer's hair, dried on food residue, smears and splashes. The hassle of changing rooms on both stays was inconvenient and time-consuming. The first room had an extremely overpowering musty smell. The second had a noticeable air freshener-like smell, but we kept that room. Upon our next stay, both rooms given were not pleasant due to our frequently coming across hair, messes, etc. The last room had a filthy heater vent area. half hanging smoke alarm and the bathtub stopper wouldn't stay up to drain. Peeling paint in shower area in more than one room. Hotel's handicapped entrance door buttons (2) did not work. Coffee machine provided working properly was hit or miss. Requests for bedding/extra pillows were not prepared as promised when returning to the hotel room, twice. The new GM essentially told us that it isn't his fault that the rooms were dirty but rather the fault lies with the head of the cleaning staff. Asked for photos to share with staff and gave a free night voucher for this location only.

Jada at the front desk who was extremely understanding and gracious. We appreciate you.

You get what you pay for. First off, the room smelled like they tried to cover smoke smell. Then, first morning, two doors down, the fire alarm goes off. Water pouring out the room. Then the fire alarms for the building go off. Loudest noise I've heard in my entire life. Couldn't hear myself think. At the time, my girlfriend had a migraine so that didn't help. Horrible experience. We left that day and requested a refund which we were told we would get but nothing has happened yet so I look forward to a response. Also, when we left IN a week later, we drove by here again and the fire cleanup vans were out front so it happened at least a second time.
