location gardens wonderful, restaurant and bar understaffed

understaffed in reception and bar, had to fight to get my room cleaned after 9 days. Restaurant bar closed on public holidays this isnt good enough for a resort thats why you stay at one,

We enjoyed the beach.

The ground were lovely, great pool for little children.

The room was dirty not cleaned properly dirty sinks .toilets needed a good clean with bleach hair left in tub and sinks . The breakfast was disappointing we paid for the first day $143 dollars flies on uncovered food , not good buffet I ended up eating a toast and cereal and half a muffin.lounge pillows stained.hairdryer could not use burn smell when turning on the place needed a good clean and pillows washed ect.

Superb

Perfect resort for families.

Great family friendly resort. The spa room was perfect for our little family of 3. Our toddler had a great time splashing around in the pools and playing on the playground. Very close to the beach. Amenities in our room were excellent.

Unfortunately the phone/internet reception is a bit hit and miss so that was a little annoying but it didn't ruin the stay.

Pleasant and fun.

Rooms and amenities were great. Clean and tidy and all the comforts of home. Great for our group of 7. Plenty of space. Able to get some takeaway meals from the restaurant. Pool area were great

Directions to room from staff werent great. Marked a path on the map to our room that didnt even exist. Can be a long confusing walk to your room from where you have to park the car. Resort pool lacked easy access. Stairs were angled and slippery. Too much for my older parents to get in and out safely so they didnt swim.
