Very good

Staff were friendly and location was good

Bathroom fan was not strong enough to prevent the moisture on mirror. Also showed was not sealed well to stop water to leak through the floor. Laundry was Locked during the advised open period.

Very good

A very comfortable overnight stay.

Great for an overnight stay. There were double windows to keep out noise of highway. The bathroom had been refurbished. Close to restaurants, the public pool and gardens.

A little pricey compared with other similar motels we stayed in on this trip

Very happy. Exceeded expectations. Tidy. Easy to find.

I have to give a big thumbs up to the cleanliness of the property. Never before have I stayed in a motel, only ever 4/5 star hotels. The cleanliness here far exceeded most of my stays at far more expensive hotels. There was real milk in the fridge, which although for a coffee, I had on its own with my sandwiches before heading to bed. It was a nice little treat. Water pressure in the shower was amazing to say the least. Very very good!

My only criticism was the AC didnt seem to cool the room down. The air coming out was cold, but the room didnt cool. In the end we put the bed infront of the ac and just changed it back in the morning before we left. The only other minor negative was the mattress was so so - BUT its a budget motel, and mattresses are impossible to have universally loved.

Perfect for a one night stay in Coffs Harbour!

We only stayed one night, but could have stayed a few more. We were pleasantly surprised by the CBD Motor Inn, as we had absolutely no expectations. The room was big and modern, bathroom was good as well. Both of us had the best sleep here, slept almost 10 hours without interruptions! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and there was a super cute dog!
