Lovely hotel in a very nice location and excellent value for money

Very good location and this is a lovely stylish hotel with nice clean decor. Overall I was very pleased that wed booked to stay here for our 3. Day Amsterdam trip

No complaints really. Our Tv didnt work and when we asked someone to look at it it somehow managed to work but this only lasted one more time and then didnt work again which wasnt important as we dont need a tv. There was a fair bit of renovations going on in the stairwell at the time of our stay but it wasnt really a problem

Everything looked good from the lobby until the floor where our room was located. The room was so cold, we thought we should increase the temperature on the AC system (modern device). Nothing happened for hours, the room was still cold. When we called the reception, the guy was very kind but he knew exactly that the heating is not going to work as he came up with the old fashion radiator and he plugged it to heat up the room. I thought he was kidding. Unfortunately, it was our heating for the night. The room (308) was too hot that we switched off the ridiculous heating and wanted to open the window but there was only glass no windows no fresh air. This was the most uncomfortable stay I have ever experienced (knowing that we paid 200 a night without breakfast)

Great location, tram stop close by but didn't use as lots of nice bars and restaurants on the walk in to the centre. Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Room was a good size. Loved the bed, comfy matress and pillows. Nice bathroom, good shower. Tea Tree toiletries were good

Convenient location. The staff was helpful and personablethe glass door to the bathroom. N9 privacy. The glass door to shower, leaked. Uncomfortable mess.

Excellent location and value for money

The location of the Hotel is amazing - very close to public transport and all the attractions in Amsterdam are easily reachable. The room has a minibar which very few hotels offer in this price range.

Superb

I am someone who never leaves review despite travelling quite often. But I had to this time cuz this hotel was definitely a pleasant surprise - not too expensive yet the room are so spacious, clean and the location were pretty close to everything. and the staffs were amazing, very friendly and helpful. It was my first time visiting Amsterdam and they were definitely a big reason why i loved this trip.

the only thing I didnt really like was i was put on the ground floor probably cuz late check in and room were booked, cuz it was on the ground floor and very close to the reception area, you could often hear doors opening and closing. And the window was facing the outside of a building across the street.
