Smart decor, good location, and great breakfast menu

The a la carte breakfast menu was very good, nice newly redecorated room, no problem leaving bags after checkout, very convenient for the station

I really didn't like the online checkin system where you have to scan your ID, but the staff member on reception was happy to do it for me

The hotel is really close to the center which is nice.

The location was perfect.

We just expected that breakfast is included in the price of the night's stay. Otherwise, I definitely recommend the hotel, especially for those traveling by train.

Great spot if you wish to be near Vienna Central Station.

The staff were very friendly and clearly took pride in their property. The decor was modern and the rooms were well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The attached restaurant had a great breakfast and the staff were happy to serve and make sure we were enjoying the meal.

Cozy and comfortable hotel for a reasonable price

Great location if you want to be close to the main train station and great underground connection to the centre as well. The hotel is cozy and clean with very friendly staff. There is a nice restaurant and bar on the ground floor as well. The room was comfortable and big enough for 2 people with a nice bathroom. Seems to be a good value for money.

Lovely property, excellent staff - I would stay here again!!!

I had a tiny little room for one tucked off the end of a hall. It was comfortable and I felt very safe traveling alone. The staff was lovely and very accommodating as I arrived early, my room was already prepared and I checked in early. Very nice! And there is a little cafe on the first floor!

Not the prettiest part of Vienna, but the proximity to the train station cant be beat.

Clean hotel very close to the central train station

The hotel is very close to the central train station, cca 5 mins by walk or one station with the line O. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Coffee maker was situated in the room.

The room was very narrow, after opening the suitcase it was a problem to walk to the window. It is a little bit weird to have a coffee maker in the room without sugar and a coffee spoon.

Cosy small room.

Although my arrival to the hotel was much later than expected, and there were no service desk available at the time, I was able to self-check-in with the instructions provided. The room was tidy and ready.

The room was a little too small, but as I was solo travelling and was not going to stay long that was not a problem for me.
